From all over the place, the latest meme:
Write html to put colour on a word, but instead of the colour code (or the word “blue”, for example) put your username (i.e.: username but with the pointy brackets instead of the square ones). Voila: See what colour you are.
Thus, I am robin.
Which seems rather appropriate.
Planty of names that turn out black. How disappointing.
Well, that’s how it goes. The html “motor” apparently attempts to evaluate the value you put. In normal cases, if you put “red” the text will be red, if you put “magenta” the text will be magenta, and if you put “black” the text will be black. When you put “robin” it tries to match the value to a colour, and in this case it comes up with green. If the name you put happens to seem similar to black in the “eyes” of the motor, the test will be black. Not much you can do about it (except meybe put all the surrounding text in a different colour to differentiate).
